Malaysia Artopia Education Trust has been committed to providing a variety of high quality art courses for Malaysian youth and building a cultural exchange platform between Chinese and Malaysian youth. Malaysia actively participates in China (Hangzhou) International Children's Comics Contest (CICCC) every year since 2006, and has been continuously exporting high-quality works for the contest since the establishment of the Malaysia sub-division in 2014. Their works were highly appreciated by many expert judges home and abroad, including the judging panel led by Hong Kong Comics Artist and Writer, Tony Wong Yuk-Long. Around the 2021 Contest’s three themes of "Sailing to the Future", "Unity is the Strength" and "Diary", Malaysian teenagers have shown their boundless creativity by creating a number of related comic works through the support of their respective in-school and off-school tutors. Finally, Malaysia sub-division submitted thousands of works to the 2021 CICCC, and gained 327 prizes, including 1 grand prize, 50 gold, 33 silver, 94 bronze and 150 excellence prizes.
