In order to further promote CICCC, and to implement the combination of talents cultivation and comics creation in local area, the 2022“Magic Eyes”CICCC of the 18th CICAF was open to recruit sub-divisions worldwide from September 8-12, 2022. So far, we have received more than 20 applications at home and abroad.

After strict examination and overall evaluation of each applicant in the aspects of planning scheme, relevant activity organizing experience, regional resource advantage, team execution ability and so on, the Organizing Committee granted 15 applicants as the 2022“Magic Eyes”CICCC Sub-Divisions (in no particular order):
